3D imaging capabilities to build jigs or fixtures to reverse engineer assemblies utilizing our 9’ Faro CMM arm

VRA manufacturing has a HAAS TL-1 CNC lathe, a VF-3 vertical mill and a VF-5ss vertical mill with 4th axis. We utilize Solidworks and Surfcam for 3D modeling, prototyping, programming tool paths or using our 9' FARO Digitizing arm for reverse engineering.

Full paint capabilities utilizing Mil-Spec paints.

Complete spot welding capabilities. Weld computer controlled for MIL-SPEC standards

Rolling capabilities utilizing a 10' slip roll

CNC 4th axis capabilities

Corsair engine mount fixture for complete engine mount repairs or overhaul.
